Lemonade Monkey Bread Bites
Sugar Mixture Ingredients:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
1/2 tablespoon powdered Crystal Light Lemonade
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Monkey Bread Ingredients:
1 (16.3 oz) can refrigerated biscuit dough, can could contain 8 biscuits
1 (5/8 oz) packet powdered Crystal Light Lemonade
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 tablespoon heavy cream, more to thin out if necessary
Sugar Mixture Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and grease a standard 12 slot non-stick muffin tin with cooking spray.
In a small bowl, whisk together butter, Crystal Light, and sugar.
Spoon mixture evenly into prepared pan, about a heaping 1/2 tablespoon in each.
Monkey Bread Directions:
Cut each biscuit into 8 pieces and place into a large bowl.
Add in Crystal Light and sugar.
Using your hands, break apart biscuits, and stir in Crystal Light and sugar until all biscuit pieces are evenly coated.
Place 5 biscuit pieces into each muffin slot. Gently press down so biscuit pieces fit.
Bake in preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until biscuits are fully cooked.
Cool for one minute, then remove from pan and flip upside down onto a cooling rack.
Whisk together ingredients then drizzle over cooled bites.
