These look like my lactose intolerant ass will love them!
Ok to an extent I get not using milk (calves needs etc) but eggs if you buy them free range then surely they are nothing but a byproduct that would otherwise go to waste so why not take advantage of that fact and eat them?
I made these with a similar recipe. 1 cup of flour, 1 cup of soy milk, 3-4 tbl spoons brown sugar, 1 tsp baking powder and a splash of veg oil. Forgot salt but tasted amazing anyway ? …. oh and covered in golden syrup because I have a big sweet tooth.
I make these for my son who is allergic to dairy and eggs, he loves them so that’s all that matters!! 🙂
I’ve been making vegan pancakes for over a decade, and they need some kind of an egg replacer to be really delicious and not noticeably vegan. I use either Ener-G’s commercial powdered egg replacer, or applesauce, which also works really well as an egg analog in this case.
If you use rice milk instead soya milk, it’s even more tasty ?
Proper! I will be trying these. I’ll use almond milk instead of soy though. These look tasty. Although how can I get the blueberries to have a more syrupy texture as this looks a bit watery
Why do people get so offended by the word ‘Vegan’? I’m not a vegan but they look delicious. Did you know there’s people who are vegan for dietary reasons like being allergic to egg and milk (lactose). ? Why get your bloodthirsty arses so offended over this? ?? so embarrassing for you!
I tried these today and I feel like there’s too much baking powder involved… I only ate two and felt like some sort of science experiment was going to erupt in my chest area…
I’m not vegan so someone who is can you explain to me something. Is the boxed pancake mix where you just add water only, no milk or eggs, wouldn’t that be vegan? Or is there something in the mix that is an animal byproduct.
I’m not a vegan just trying to eat healthier. If you dont like vegan things then why watch a video making vegan food? Not saying it with an attitude but wondering… why?
I make vegan pancakes for everyone and no one can tell. I mean really it isn’t much different ingredient wise and the taste is just as awesome.
Love that you guys are being more inclusive ? that way, more people can enjoy it! To people who are allergic to diary and eggs and also vegans (hooray to cruelty free recipe ?☺️) Will just add that baking power is not necessary, in case you don’t like it. There is many other options. Corn starch, rolled Oats, mashed bananas (if they are ripped, also can replace the sugar or at least reduce it – they use a lot in this recipe imo), lemon juice also helps it grow… 🙂 Pancakes are the easiest and one of the best things ever, so enjoy guys! ☺️ Hope you keep uploading more inclusive and also cruelty free recipes ❤️❤️❤️
Best not be seeing anymore Vegan nonsense around here. I’ve had more meat than Alan Carr and I don’t plan on stopping soon.
Thank you for this vegan recipe! It’s another testimony that we can eat well while saving animals and helping conserve the environment! ❤
