I got diarrhea just from watching this. I’m sure it’s good but I know a few hours after drinking this it’s gonna hurt.?
I would make it with coconut milk and Chia or hemp replacing oatmeal. Yummy. It looks so good.

Anyone that is trying to lose weight shouldn’t drink this. Go for it if you’re not on a diet! The calories, suger, and carbohydrates are way to much for drinking a beverage.
